2013

In 2013 after nearly 30 years in the sprinkler business, Nick Hoderlein teamed up with his wife, Renee to build their own full-service sprinkler company. The mission was to work with our customers in a hands-on way from design to completion of each project to provide superior, personalized service and value.  Designer, Joe Albert came on board and the journey began with three people working out of the public library and banging on doors just to get an opportunity to bid a job. What the company lacked in frills, it made up for in effort and heart, and after a year in the library, it was time to move to a small 1000 sq ft office/warehouse space with concrete floors. Along the way there was a lot of learning, consulting mentors and other business owners, long days and sleepless nights. The company focused on assembling a great team of people and creating a company culture of mutual respect and team work. 

In 2016 Maximum Fire Protection moved to its current home in Milford and proudly won Clermont County’s Emerging Small Business Award. Today the company has a loyal group of clients who appreciate Maximum Fire Protection’s dedication to their goal of providing a full range of services with the personized touch of a small family business.
