Max Hoderlein
Max Hoderlein graduated Cum Laude from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Minor in Finance. Max has worked in the family business since he was 17, beginning by hanging pipe side by side with his Dad when the business was first started in 2013. After working in Financial Analytics at McGohan Brabender, Max decided to join the Maximum Fire Protection team where his knowledge of Accounting and Data Analysis are a daily benefit to the company. Joe Albert
Manager of design and sales, Joe Albert has been with the company since its inception. As a NICET level III designer with over 20 years experience, he has tackled projects of all shapes and sizes. Joe holds a degree in Applied Sciences Civil Engineering from Cincinnati State and many accreditations. He belongs to the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, American Society of Certified Engineering Technicians, NICET and NFPA.
